Custom Protocols to Attack Your Weaknesses

Our assessments are great for capturing base-line data to track your progress over time, and for customizing your optimal training plan. The Movement Screening helps us to design the optimal mobility routine to improve your movement quality and gather clues into your throwing mechanics. Our Fitness Evaluation is used to design the best possible strength program that aligns with your body type and current limitations. We use the Mechanical analysis to build your throwing protocols around drills that help plug your weaknesses. After identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your pitches, we develop a plan for improving your weaknesses and highlighting your strengths.


Real-Time Guidance

You will have daily access to your own personal pitching expert to guide you through your journey. He will be there to help with questions about your mechanics, your pitch arsenal, your program, and anything else that will certainly pop up.

Our comprehensive player assessment process is a vital component of how we will craft your program. Each component of the assessment provides us with valuable insights we use to design the optimal training experience. 


Movement Assessment: We learn about your movement quality, and what type of limitations you might have with your mobility.


Fitness Evaluation: Helps us identify any weakness or imbalances you might have related to strength and power. 


Mechanical Breakdown: We do a complete breakdown of your delivery to discover any red flags or areas of concern within your mechanics. 


Pitch Design Analysis: If you have access to a Rapsodo or Trackman, we will do a full analysis of your pitch arsenal and develop a plan to optimize it. 


Data Capture & Analysis

The data we capture in your evaluation helps to show how you stack up against your peers, and identify areas where you need to improve. We use that data to build your custom program and make adjustments as you progress. 


Video Analysis

At least once per week we will break down any video you send us of your drill work, mound work, and anything else we should look at. If there is anything we want to improve, we will walk you through exactly what change we want to make and how to fix it.



Any pitcher from High School to the Professional level who wants to put themselves in the optimal position to reach their potential.
